When you submit an inquiry, Beats by RKADE receives the details you enter, such as your name, contact information, wedding date, venue, guest count, coverage preferences, and music notes.

How the information is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare event recommendations or a proposal, and communicate with you about the event. Beats by RKADE does not sell your personal information.

Website measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, advertising performance, and completed inquiry forms. Advertising details such as campaign tags or a Google click identifier may be included with an inquiry so Beats by RKADE can understand which advertising led to the conversation.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is kept only as long as it is reasonably useful for responding, planning, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email rajiv@beatsbyrkade.com.
