Check your date ↗The backup plan belongs in the conversation, too.
A packed dance floor matters. So do the less glamorous details that keep microphones working, satisfy the venue, and protect your date.
Before you sign anything.
I’m a solo DJ and MC by design. You plan directly with me, and I’m the person who shows up. These are the practical terms behind that promise.
What backup equipment do you bring?
I bring a backup controller, laptop, microphones, and cables. Those are the parts of the setup that can stop the music or stop a speech, so I bring a second path for each.
Are you insured, and can my venue request a COI?
Yes. I carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance when your venue requests one.
What happens if you can’t perform?
I’ll find a replacement DJ. If I can’t perform and can’t secure a replacement, I’ll issue a full refund.
What secures the date?
A 50% deposit secures your date. The date isn’t held until the deposit is received.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is nonrefundable unless I can’t perform and can’t find a replacement.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due one day before the event.
Do you bring an assistant?
I bring an assistant for larger events. For most weddings, I’m the person you plan with and the person on the microphone.
How many weddings do you accept in one weekend?
I accept either one wedding or one Sangeet and wedding combination for a single couple each weekend.
What does the $2,450 starting price cover?
Standard wedding reception coverage begins at $2,450. Indian wedding reception or Sangeet coverage begins at $2,450. Your proposal will define the exact hours and events included.
